Elicius, so named after Jupiter Elicius, the bringer of storms, is a Roman gladius. The iron blade and hilt carries no particular decorations, but spectacular bolts of lightning travel along the blade when it is drawn. Enemies who are struck are subject to the power of Jupiter, and more than a few find themselves overwhelmed and dazed by the divine energy. It was gifted to tiberius-vitellus during a time of need, when he was lost in the realm of the Slaadi with a group of travellers.
